The first of the four children is Rodrigo Messi, the oldest brother of Lionel Messi.

Seven-time world footballer of the year Lionel Messi has three siblings and is the third of four children of Jorge Messi and Celia María Cuccittini. The first of the four children is Rodrigo Messi, the oldest brother of Lionel Messi.

Rodrigo Messi was born on February 10, 1980, and is seven years older than Lionel Messi. He is a sports businessman. He is the agent of Barcelona youngster Konrad de la Fuente and former adviser of Ansu Fati who later switched to super-agent Jorge Mendes in 2020.

Rodrigo is married and resides in Barcelona, Spain with his wife Florencia Parisi, and the two have three children. He also works to manage Lionel Messi's daily schedule and publicity. His net worth is estimated to be between $2million to $5million.

How did Rodrigo Messi make his fortune?

Most of his wealth is said to have come from working with Lionel Messi as a manager and also representing other professional players. The reality is that Messi's brother has a player representation agency and many family businesses.

Rodrigo Messi created a representation agency. Leo Messi's brother founded Kin Sport Management, a company whose corporate purpose is "the representation of agency services and representation of sports professionals," according to the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry (Borme).

The purpose of the company, with headquarters at 682 Avenida Diagonal in Barcelona, also includes "activities related to professional guidance, assistance in negotiations", among other activities.

The sole shareholder of Kin Sport Management is AMB Rosario 2016, owned by Messi's brother. Rodri Messi is listed as the sole administrator. AMB Rosario 2016 appears with no activity and no public accounts.

Messi's brother is also linked to Limecu España 2010 (acronym of Lionel Messi Cuccitini), a company that was incorporated in April 2010 with Messi and his father as joint administrators. Created to canalize real estate investments, according to the Mercantile Registry, the player's family gradually contributed funds to the company.

In 2015, Leo Messi's father, Horacio Messi, was removed from the position of administrator of all the companies, especially after he was accused by justice as the main responsible for the tax fraud for which the player went to trial, giving way to the footballer's brother.

In addition, the Messi family is also linked to Explotaciones Rosotel, a company dedicated to the management of hotel establishments.

Not long ago, the PSG striker's brother started advising the father of Ansu Fati, Barça's young star, on sports matters. Although he is not his agent as such, Rodrigo Messi is the one who advised Fati in the negotiations for his latest renewal with the Catalan side, according to Mundo Deportivo.

Rodrigo's history with the law

In February 2012 he was denounced by a cyclist with whom he had a traffic problem in Castelldefels (Barcelona), who said that in the middle of the argument he showed him a firearm through the window of his car and said, according to the statement: "What do you want, that I shoot you, that I kill you?

He has an active Instagram account and has 204k followers.
