Zinedine Zidane was heavily criticized after he broke a law

Zinedine Zidane is a public figure. Everything he does is portrayed everywhere. So, he knows he is setting an example every time, unintentionally. But he did something knowing that was not allowed, and received a lot of criticism for that reason after celebrating Christmas,

In France, the situation regarding COVID-19 is more than complicated. More than two millions of cases and more than 60,000 deaths hit severely that country, and there are strict guidelines about gatherings. Specially for this moment of the year where are lots of meetings for the holidays,

The conflict appeared because Zizou travelled back to France to spend Christmas with his family, and his sons posted on social media pictures of the whole family united. There are 11 people in the photo, while the guidelines recommend to make gatherings with six people or less. And Zidane did not obey that rule.

So the whole family was severely criticized for not listening to the guidelines. The Real Madrid coach and his family will think twice before doing this kind of gathering again, or they will just keep themselves from post about it and tell the world how are they contributing to spread the virus.
