Zinedine Zidane wants the new Neymar so he can get rid of Vinicius Jr.

Roberto Carlos, Marcelo, Ronaldo Nazario, Kaka and many more Brazilians entertained Real Madrid fans with the great soccer they play. Actually, the squad has currently two of them in the attacking positions, Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo Goes. But the former has been falling out of favor with Zinedine Zidane.

After a good beginning, the former Flamengo prospect never reached the expected level and he is not even starting, with other players preferred to take the wings, included Rodrygo himself. And Zizou has already asked for a replacement who plays for Gremio and has been called a new Neymar.

His name is Pepe and according to the Spanish paper Sport, Real Madrid is willing to pay the 20 million euro Gremio is asking for the transfer to happen. This club has made expensive sales in the last years with Arthur to FC Barcelona and Everton Soares to Benfica, so nobody should hope a lowered price.

If Pepe signs for the Casa Blanca, Vinicius will be transferred out due to being the last option behind Eden Hazard, Marco Asensio, Rodrygo and Lucas Vazquez. The Brazilian was part of the group that wanted Zidane out last months, but it seems that the one who will leave the club is going to be him.
