He will not be able to train or play again for the remainder of the season. Then there are the other three players, Peña, Lopez and Vazquez who will be suspended and then transferred.

All players will be transferred immediately and will not play at Chivas again. Both Vergara and Pelaez prefer to go against the sporting interests of Chivas as long as the rules of coexistence are met and send a clear message to any player who wants to play in Chivas.
