The controversial Italian striker Mario Balotelli, is experiencing a very unexpected present for what he promised as a professional footballer in the years before, when he used to be an explosive forward and also member of the Italian national team. Balotelli went through several great teams in Europe, including winning several titles with Inter Milan in 2010, as the UEFA Champions League, however after a drastic drop in his level, the former member of the Italian national team went on to play with the club Monza of the Italian Serie B.

Mario Balotelli's discipline problems were always a big issue, as he finished many contracts out of time with great teams like Manchester City, Liverpool, Nice and Olympique de Marseille. Before signing with Club Monza, with the transfer market closed and all the continental competitions in progress, Mario Balotelli had no choice but to train with an Italian Serie D team, the Franciacorta.

According to information from the local media, Mario Balotelli reached an agreement with his new team, Club Monza to have a salary of 220 thousand euros per year, an amount very far from the 110 thousand that he earned per week at Liverpool. The contract includes until June 2021, the time that the team is expected to be promoted to the Serie A.
