MLS plan to expand became in a real interesting investment for many players, inversor groups and millonaires along the world. In this case, Flamengo from Brazil wants to join with a new franchise.

An historic South American club managed to convert itself into the biggest team today in that continent. After winning its second Copa Libertadores last year, Flamengo appeared as a dominating giant. And their plans of expansion are aimed into MLS. According to newspaper O Globo, the interest of investing in the US soccer is confirmed.

The destination chosen for the Brazilian team would be Las Vegas. In the famous "Sin City" a company called Renaissance Cos. assured they want to invest in Cashman's district; the same place where the League Cup finals will be hold and many other event. This place holds approximately 25 thousand fans.

On the other hand, Flamengo did not confirm yet an amount of money and where exactly they will invest it in American soccer. Despite of this, the idea of the team located in Rio de Janeiro is to become a global club with important benefits as a world mark and MLS expansion can give them exactly what they are looking for.
