The real culprit of the crisis in LA Galaxy has a name and it is neither Hernandez nor Barros Schelotto.
LA Galaxy is having its worst crisis in years and the real culprit is not on the soccer team
LAFC aggravated the crisis of LA Galaxy after beating the traffic classic by 2 to 0. Guillermo Barros Schelotto's team was shown as a team without attitude throughout the game and was clearly outmatched by LAFC. Now everyone points to Barros Schelotto or Chicharito Hernandez but the true person in charge of this moment is elsewhere.
The Barros Schelotto twins have their hours counted as LA Galaxy coach but someone else who should step aside because of this crisis is their president. If there is a great person in charge of all this moment that LA Galaxy is passing, it is Chris Klein. The president is the one who ends up making the decisions and has been wrong in several of them.
The president of LA Galaxy has been more involved in the problems that revolved around Chicharito Hernandez than the well-being of the team. He has let Barros Schelotto get to this point where the team no longer looks like MLS. The president should have made decisions before everything exploded, but clearly he had no decision-making power.
Now it's all black for LA Galaxy and the only viable and quick solution is to get Barros Schelotto out. President Klein will have to do a great deal of self-criticism and look at all the things he has failed as a team leader. LA Galaxy is still in time to be one of the most important teams in MLS
