If Zinedine Zidane loses El Clásico against FC Barcelona this Friday, the club will have to think about a replacement. Who are the ideal coaches to replace him?

Real Madrid had a bad debut in the Champions League: it was defeated 3-2 by Shakhtar Donetsk. Therefore, the fans of the Spanish club expressed their anger against coach Zinedine Zidane on social media. If the Frenchman loses El Clásico against FC Barcelona this Friday, the club will have to think about a replacement. Who are the ideal coaches to replace him?

The Portuguese Pep Mourinho is one of the main candidates for the position. He already knows the club, because he coached Real Madrid from 2010 to 2013. There, he won the Spanish's La Liga 2011-2012, Copa del Rey 2011 and Super Copa 2012. In total, he coached 178 games, with a record of 128 wins, 28 draws and 22 losses.

The second candidate is Raúl González, who is a former Real Madrid player. He is the current manager of Real Madrid Castilla. At a press conference, Zidane said he is convinced that one day Raul would be the head coach of Real Madrid. This could be the perfect time.

Finally, the German Jürgen Klopp could be the best option. However, he is the current coach of Liverpool and it will be difficult to convince him to leave the English club. Since his arrival in Liverpool, he has won the Premier League 2019-2020 and the Champions League 2018-2019. He also has a record of 164 wins, 63 draws and 46 losses.
