Atlanta United is not in a great sporting moment and Ezequiel Barco has not been in the Atlanta bench for seven games. From Atlanta United they say that he is injured but do not give details of his injury. Doubts about whether or not he is injured are mounting and rumors of a fight between Atlanta United and Barco grow.

Ezequiel Barco has one of the highest contracts in Atlanta United and it has been more than a month and a half that he has not played any minute of the game. Although the Atlanta United coach said they were taking care of him, he did not say what the injury was due to. Barco has one of the highest salaries in Atlanta (1.4 million annually) and the club is not using him.

Atlanta United would already be negotiating the departure of Barco with clubs in Europe since it is not helping the team in sports. Atlanta United expects some team to pay a figure close to 15 million dollars. Both Atlanta United and Ezequiel Barco would agree that the best thing for the future would be for them to sell it.

Atlanta United drew 1-1 against Inter Miami and did not have Barco or the recent addition Marcelino Moreno on their team. In order to enter the MLS Playoffs, Atlanta United must have these two players at 100% of their level; otherwise the chances of achieving their goals will be less.
