Messi’s best friend Sergio Agüero and one of his former coaches Pep Guardiola could be the ones who built the bridge for him to arrive to Manchester City. Despite that there is a new contender who seems to know what they have to do to attract Barcelona’s idol.

Former Argentina’s national team Juan Sebastián Verón, who shared the squad with Messi in the 2007 Copa América and the 2010 World Cup, has played for Parma, Lazio, Manchester United, Chelsea and Inter Milan among others. In this last club he trusts Messi could arrive. However, he assured: “The team will have to earn his heart to persuade him”.
