Monterrey received the coronavirus vaccine

Monterrey traveled to Texas, United States, to receive the first dose of the vaccine against Covid-19, once in the country of the stars and stripes the possibility has been opened for people under 60 years of age to be inoculated. In the United States, MLS teams have already received the Covid-19 vaccine and among the Mexican players who have benefited are Rodolfo Pizarro, from Inter Miami, Erick Torre and Jurgen Damm, the latter two from Atlanta FC.

In the country of the Star Bars, vaccination has been accelerated, because it was one of the promises of President Joe Biden, during his campaign. The current president assured that the entire population of the United States would be vaccinated in the first 100 days of his government. During Joe Biden's tenure, nearly three million people have been vaccinated every day.

In addition, the Rayados stadium was used as a vaccination center against Covid-19 by the government of Nuevo León.
