Manchester United's name was synonymous with trophies during the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson. The Scottish spent 27 years at the club and won several trophies including 13 Premier League titles and two UEFA Champions League.

Ferguson retired in 2013 and since then Manchester United have had four different managers, two have won trophies while two have not. David Moyes, who took over from Sir Alex Ferguson, was fired soon enough not to win anything.

Louis Van Gaal won't the 2016 FA Cup for Manchester United before José Mourinho took over. The Portuguese won the Community Shield, the 2017 UEFA Europa League and the 2017 League Cup, he was fired into the 2018/19 season and Ole Gunnar Solskjær took over and in 3 years, he has won nothing.

Since Manchester United last won a trophy, Chelsea have had four different managers, three have won trophies - Antonio Conte won the Premier League and FA Cup, Maurizio Sarri won the Europa League while Thomas Tuchel delivered the UEFA Champions League.
