Zinedine Zidane has been one of the best head coaches of the last decade, not to say the best one. The French arrived to Real Madridwith a few experiences after his work with the youth teams and won three Champions League titles, something that no manager could make before.

On March 2019, Zizou agreed to return to the Galacticos in the second mandate for him in front of the club of his life. Things went different this time and after 90 matches he is very near to be fire. President Florentino Pérez is seriously thinking nowadays about that option and his future remains uncertain.

The problem for Zidane is that Real Madrid have obtained very poor results during this campaign. The trainer is now betting high to the Champions League, the competition in which his team will face Atalanta in Round of 16. That international tournament could define the future of him.

Zidane is actually the five best paid coach in the world, gaining $1.5 million per month. If he gets sacked, he will be losing that millionaire income that he has since some years ago, aside from other top coaches in the world as Pep Guardiola, José Mourinho, Jurgen Klopp or Diego Simeone, the best paid one.
