Soccer recognizes in Neymar as one of the greatest stars in the world, behind Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. He has one of the highest contracts in the world, earning almost $50 million per year (and that’s only his salary, then add endorsements and bonuses). That, of course, allows him to live an incredible life of luxury. Same goes for NFL legend Tom Brady.

By the end of 2020 Neymar was largely criticized around the whole world for having tried to hold a big New Year party in his mansion in Mangaratiba, close to Brazil’s capital Rio de Janeiro. He was wishing to invite almost 500 people but dropped his plans. The world’s health situation makes it impossible (and ridiculous too).

As per Spanish newspaper ABC, Neymar paid $9.7 million for that mansion in 2016. It includes lots of amenities and even its own harbor deck. Yes, of course that as soon as he mentioned his New Year’s plans, he received a kind phonecall from the police station asking for explanations – which he obviously never had.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady is on his last night before making his 10th appearance in the Super Bowl, the NFL’s final game to crown a champion. He wants to make it six titles in ten attempts, now leading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after playing almost his whole life for New England Patriots.

Brady and his wife Giselle Bundchen bought their most recent property in Indian Creek, Miami, Florida. Among their neighoburs they can say hello to Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump. They paid around $17 million for it. With Brady’s reported networth of $350 million, that’s not much of a problem.
