It wasn't easy for Sergio Agüero to say goodbye to Manchester City, where he played for the last decade and became a legend. Kun became one of the idols of a club that wrote the best pages in its history after the arrival of the Qatari administration and that had him as the protagonist. That's why he didn't want to leave without one last big gesture.

As reported by The Athletic, before leaving for Barcelona, Agüero bought a luxury watch for each member of the staff working in the first team building. More than 60 employees took home a Hublot or Tag Heuer watch, each engraved with the legend “Thank you! Kun Aguero".

This sports news portal claims that each watch costs at least 1,000 British pounds (USD 1,500), although some obtained a Tag Heuer Formula 1 model that's priced up to 1,650 pounds (USD 2,300).

And that wasn't all. Kun Agüero also gave each of these employees a ticket to participate in a raffle for one of his cars. The grand prize was his Range Rover Evoque, a truck that he had recently bought but that he decided not to take to Barcelona.

From The Athletic they reported that the winner of the SUV was one of the men who works on the team's props, which made Agüero very happy, since he is one of the people who takes care of making sure that the players have their sports shoes clean and that they don't lack any necessary equipment in training and games.

The Argentine footballer, who will turn 33 this Wednesday, also contributed a significant amount of money, well above the usual, in a cash collection made by Manchester City players to support employees twice a year. The money is given at the end of the season and is used to buy gifts at Christmas.
