Pep Guardiola has a contract signed until June 2023 with Manchester City and that is the reason why the head coach is already working on possible signings that could be useful for the Premier League side on the future. The position that the Catalan is more worried about is the no. 9, as Sergio Aguero is already 32 years old and could leave the Citizens soon.

The manager has been looking on possible forwards that could arrive to the Premier League side and one of them is José Juan Macías, the striker aged 21 that plays for Chivas. The Mexican is set to leave the Liga MX club, after head coach Víctor Manuel Vucetich set him on a transferable list for committing indiscipline acts.

Macías could leave for free is he arranges his departure, as his contract lasts until June 2022 with Chivas. Previously he only played at León FC, loaned during 2019. With good conditions and interesting skills, the attacker appears in the radar of Manchester City according to the international press.

If Macías finally arrives to the English club, he could earn a fortune per season. Professional players who earn the less amount of money in the squad of Manchester City can have from $500,000 per season upwards. After playing for Chivas during all his career, that number is a very interesting one for the attacker.
