Napoli has had a huge idol in Diego Armando Maradona, the biggest icon in the city. After a long time, some names like Ezequiel Lavezzi and Gonzalo Higuaín had brilliant spells in the club after the 2010s. Still, they won’t be even close to their countryman. But Mexico has his own icon in the club: Chucky Lozano. Soon, he could welcome new talent from his country onboard.

It was reported that the Italian club is looking to bring two new assets to the squad from Liga MX. They are two of the most promising players in the league, and could soon board the plane and cross the Atlantic Ocean. Can you imagine Hirving Lozano raising up two new talents from his land in Serie A? Let’s find out.

After playing in Dutch Eredivisie for Groningen and a year in MLS, Uriel Antuna has signed for Chivas Guadalajara. Now, carrying good international experience with an Under 20 World Cup and a CONCACAF Gold Cup, he’s tipped to be a new signing for Napoli. But he’s not the only talent pretended by club’s president Aurelio De Laurentiis.

Apart from Antuna (and Chucky Lozano, of course), 24-year-old center midfielder Carlos Rodríguez from Monterrey could also move to Italy. His transfer value is rumored to be $9 million, while Antuna’s is $4.84. Not a bad deal to bring two talented players.
