Club America: how much money might Giovani Dos Santos make his team lose

These are revolting times for Club America. Santiago Solari has been appointed as the new manager and there are lots of hopes on him to make the team win the Guard1anes 2021, but some important and expensive players, with Giovani Dos Santos being the main one, will leave for no money for the club.

That is because they contracts will expire soon, leaving as free agents. So Club America will not recover the money paid for them. Plus wages, and very expensive ones in Dos Santos's case, make a situation that is ending up in a huge financial loss for Aguilas. They can still renew their contracts, but they are also free to negotiate with whatever club they want. 

The other players are Henry Martin and Luis Fuentes. The striker makes the worst case, because he has been key for the team and his goalscoring record would have meant some interesting fee. In the case of the defender, his age gives him a low market value so it is not that they could get a lot of money for him.

Summed up, Club America will lose 7.2 million dollars with these three departures, considering their market values. These players plus Roger Martinez, who the club wants to get rid of but cannot because nobody can meet his high demands, are hurting the economy of the club, affected by the pandemic.
