Unlike Ferran Torres, FC Barcelona will listen to offers for this young player

FC Barcelona plans on selling players in order to gain funds for the summer transfer window. The Catalan club labeled players like Frenkie De Jong and Ronald Araujo as highly valuable players in the squad. While the club does not want to sell these players, Barca might agree to sell since other European clubs are willing to spend big on them. Two clubs have already inquired for both Frenkie De Jong and Araujo.

Araujo was rumored to be chased by Bayern Munich in the January transfer window. The German giants offered 80 million, which was a tempting deal for Barca. The Catalan club rejected the bid in January and is focused on offering Araujo a new contract. His current contract expires in two years. De Jong's situation is different since the player could be seen as the man to be sold to help Barca financially. Chelsea are reportedly willing to bid 100 million euros to sign the player. Chelsea will have competition as Manchester United is also interested in the player.

One player Barca will not listen to offers is Ferran Torres. Torres joined the club in Juanray 2022 and has impressed the Barca board. After a tough time earlier in his Barca career, he has stepped up with goals and assists from the bench and when he starts. He has seven goals and two assists in La Liga this season while playing in different positions like the striker, left-winger, or right-winger positions. Barca wants to keep him for his versatility on the pitch. A player who came from La Masia is now an option to sell for Barca after having a great season last year.

Mundo Deportivo reports that FC Barcelona does not rule out selling Alejandro Balde if the club receives a good offer this summer. The club wants a more experienced player in this position as they have played Joao Cancelo there in recent games.
