In the first 6 minutes of the game between Barcelona and Osasuna, Ferran Torres goes down and holds onto his hamstring. A few minutes before, Ferran took a shot from the edge of the box, but the shot went over the bar. Torres was in tears when he hurt himself and had to leave the pitch early because of this injury. Fermín López replaced him, debuting his new number 16.

Barcelona struggled to score against Osasuna for most of the game until they made an important substitution. Fermín would leave the pitch after coming on early in the game. Vitor Roque replaced the newly promoted first-team player. Joao Cancelo crosses the ball into the box with a travel pass to Roque, who wins the header past the Osasuna keeper to score his first goal for Barca. Emotions were high and he not only scored an important goal for his career, but it was an important goal for the team as it was the winner of the game. Roque's goal was enough to win the game.

Barcelona confirmed Torres's injury as a hamstring injury: "Tests carried out have revealed that first-team player Ferran Torres has a right hamstring injury. He is out, and his recovery will determine his availability." Diario AS reporter Javi Miguel reports Torres will be out for 4-5 weeks and is ruled out of the first leg vs Napoli.
