Football in England and the entire world is in mourning, as an absolute legend of Chelsea FC has died today. The death came as a surprise, since it is a winner of the European Cup and an FA Cup with the Blues, being one of the biggest stars during his stay at Stamford Bridge.

It is nothing more and nothing less than Tommy Baldwin. The former Chelsea FC striker died today at the age of 78, after years of illness. In 1966, Tommy Baldwin left Arsenal and joined London rivals Chelsea, where he would forge his name as a legend.

Chelsea won the FA Cup in 1970 with a fantastic Tommy Baldwin, who scored a goal to beat Leeds United 2-1. In addition, Tommy scored a double against Man United to beat them 4-0, in a match extremely remembered by Blues fans.

Today, Chelsea are playing for a place in the final of the Carabao Cup, against FC Middlesbrough, and before the start of the match, they paid a nice tribute to Tommy Baldwin.
