Chelsea makes a comeback in 45 minutes as they lead 2-1 against Leeds in the FA Cup

Chelsea are winning 2-1 with Leeds United at halftime in the FA Cup. Chelsea is motivated to do well in this competition after losing the EFL Cup final. Chelsea started the game too calmly and almost conceded early.

Gilchrist plays a pass back to his keeper, but Daniel James is close to taking advantage of the poor pass. Sanchez managed to get rid of the ball just in time before James deflected the ball into the net. Chelsea was too relaxed as James almost scored again when Gilchrist didn't deal with an over-the-top ball and got outmuscled by James. James couldn't lift the ball over Sanchez, who ran out of his line. Chelsea's mistakes continued again, and they would get punished just before the 10-minute mark.

In the 8th minute, Disasi plays a terrible pass that was for Caicedo, but Gray stops it. Anthony picks it up and passes it to Joseph, who scores easily in the box to give Leeds United the lead. Leeds took the lead early, but Chelsea responded quickly as well.

In the 15th minute, Nicolas Jackson scores in the box with a shot in between Meslier from a tight angle. It was a great play that included quick passes between Jackson, Madueke, and Caicedo. Jackson holds off his defender and slots the ball into the net.

Mudryk gives Chelsea the lead late in the second half

Chelsea turned it around in the 37th minute when Mykhaylo Mudryk scored the second goal for the Blues. Madueke runs in the midfield with lots of space and passes the ball to Raheem Sterling on the right. Sterling passes it to Mudryk in the box, and the Ukrainian winger shoots the ball into the bottom left corner.
