Manchester United is one of the richest clubs in the world and has one of the most valuable squads in the world. They have world-class players who are on high wages, with some having one of the most in the entire Premier League. Manchester United, under new management, will look to improve on not overpaying in player wages and salaries. New Man United CEO Omar Berrada has done a great job at Man City with this situation and will look to do the same for the Red Devils.

According to Capalogy.com, six players in the Manchester United squad earn more than $300k a week. Casemiro earns the most in the squad, with a weekly wage of around $442k and a yearly salary of $22 million. Varane makes around $429k a week and earns a yearly salary of $22.3 million. Both players could be sold this summer, along with Anthony Martial, whose salary is the 4th most expensive in the squad, while featuring a few minutes in the team. Martial earns $315k a week and earns $16.4 million a year.

Simon Mullock from the Mirror reports that Omar Berrada will be tasked with keeping basic salaries below a $300,000-a-week ceiling, although INEOS understands circumstances may require more flexibility. Manchester United's annual income has risen considerably from $500 million to $700 million over the last three seasons, giving them more cash to spend this summer.
