The Blue side is one of the clubs most interested in signing the Portuguese star, who has told Manchester United that he wants to leave the club in order to play in the UEFA Champions League and fight to win another Ballon d'Or award.

The London club is looking for a new star who can lead the new owners' project for next season and get into the fight for the most important titles, the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League.

Manchester United agrees to sell Cristiano Ronaldo

On the other hand, reports from Manchester confirmed that United would start negotiating the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo from 15 million pounds, which is a price close to what they invested in last summer's transfer market to sign the striker from Juventus. The Red Devils want to speed up this process to start rebuilding the team as soon as possible and to know if they will have 'CR7'. Erik Ten Hag was counting on him, but now they would have to look for a new center forward.

Chelsea is the one that has taken the lead in the race for the Portuguese star. Bayern Munich seem to have rejected the opportunity to sign him in this market, taking into account his high salary and that they trust in the continuity of Robert Lewandowski despite his intention to leave for FC Barcelona.
