Chelsea plan to spend millions to improve their defense and would submit big offer for Kimpembe, Tuchel’s favorite

The new owner of the London outfit wants to shape a winning project in every sense, able to compete with the best teams in the world, such as Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Manchester City.

Thus, one of the first positions to be reinforced must be the defense, as both Christensen and Rüdiger have left the club this summer, which remains awaiting the imminent departures of both Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso.
