After Hirving's incident against Leicester, the alarms went off because of the consequences that the impact appeared to have. Although the collision was quite severe, he did not suffer any serious injuries.

Chucky suffered a slip and crashed against Wilfred Ndidi, the Nigerian player of the English team. After this action, Lozano was left lying on the grass and medical assistance had to enter to take him out on a stretcher and with a neck brace.

Moments after that match, in which Napoli won 3-2, it was confirmed that "The tests carried out on Hirving Lozano for the non-emotional craniofacial trauma he suffered in the last match were negative".

Lozano is back to training

On Saturday Chucky Lozano returned to training with the Italian team something that relieved Napoli´s manager Luciano Spalletti because during the months of November and December at least four players were added to the injury list.

For the Sunday match, Luciano Spalletti decided to start the Mexican striker in the starting lineup against Empoli for the 17th week of the Seria A tournament.

Lozano last injury

In the game against Trinidad and Tobago in the Gold Cup, striker Hirving Lozano suffered a serious injury after a collision with the Caribbean team's goalkeeper. Due to the seriousness of the injury, the Mexican National Team star missed the entire CONCACAF tournament and the start of the Seria A tournament.
