Marcelo Flores is not the only Dual Nat that wants to play for Mexico National Team

Marcelo had the option to represent Canada, because he was born there since his mother is from the country of the Maple Leaf, and also England, where he obtained residency after living in London for more than 5 years. However, his father, who is Mexican, has instilled in him a love for Mexico and decided to choose the Mexican team to represent it.

Gerardo Martino's team will face Nigeria (May 28), Uruguay (June 2), and Ecuador (June 5) in friendly matches, while they will make their Nations League debut against Suriname (June 11) and Jamaica (June 14).

Marcelo Flores is in the spotlight in the list of 38 names called by 'Tata' Martino for the next five matches of the Mexican National Team. Just yesterday, the Arsenal youth player announced that he would stay with the Mexican National Team and his publication has already borne fruit.

Marcelo Flores has two caps for the Mexican National Team, both of which were friendly matches. However, the 18-year-old could make his debut in an official match with El Tri, should 'Tata' Martino decide to use him in either of the two Nations League matches.
