According to reports, Amaury Vergara will wait at least until round 7 of the second leg of 2021-22 Liga MX Season to decide if Marcelo Michel Leaño stays as Chivas coach or parts ways with him, hoping that Chivas returns to the performance they had during the first game of the season.

That will leave Michel Leaño with a 4-game window to revert the results of the past two weeks, when they lost against CF Pachuca with two defensive mistakes and now tied with one of the worst teams in the past few years in Liga MX.
