After Chivas couldn’t beat Querétaro for their third match of Clausura 2022, in a game that Alexis Vega saved by scoring the goal that tied the match to a 1-1 draw and leaves El Rebaño Sagrado away from the top places of Liga MX, Marcelo Michel Leaño still hasn’t figured out how to place his players on the pitch.

According to reports, Amaury Vergara will wait at least until round 7 of the second leg of 2021-22 Liga MX Season to decide if Marcelo Michel Leaño stays as Chivas coach or parts ways with him, hoping that Chivas returns to the performance they had during the first game of the season.
That will leave Michel Leaño with a 4-game window to revert the results of the past two weeks, when they lost against CF Pachuca with two defensive mistakes and now tied with one of the worst teams in the past few years in Liga MX.

Michel Leaño became coach during Apertura 2021 after Chivas fired José Manuel Vucetich, he was only going to be on the bench for the remainder of the tournament, although Ricardo Peláez confirmed he would also stay for Clausura 2022.
