The club to which Ferretti would arrive would be a reunion

According to Mexican media, if Ricardo "Tuca" Ferretti were to leave the Bravos of Juarez, he would most likely return to coach Pumas UNAM, because the Brazilian is a friend of Miguel Mejia Baron, who is currently the sporting vice-president of the Universitarios.

This version is very present in the Mexican media since Mejía Barón became vice-president of the Auriazul club last year, so since the Clausura 2021, the moment is being awaited when Ferretti will return to the Universitario team.

Ricardo "Tuca" Ferretti assumed the responsibility in Juárez and has already put his resignation on the table since last year

In a press conference for the Mexican media, the Brazilian coach assumed responsibility for the dismal results of his team in the Clausura 2022 tournament and affirmed that since last year he put his resignation on the table to the board of directors of the Bravos de Juárez, who have not accepted it.

"On the contrary, my resignation has been on the table since last year's tournament, not just now. I assume my responsibility and the board has the decision. As long as I have the opportunity to be in charge I will continue working, tomorrow is a difficult day, people are unhappy, and rightly so," said the strategist.

These statements were made at the press conference after the Juárez vs. Leon match, a match in which Ferretti's club was defeated with a score of 0-1, with an authentic goal by Elías Hernández.

In the press conference, the coach also said:

"I have not had any message from the board, there is total support, but you know perfectly well that the situation can change match after match. It was the last tournament when I tendered my resignation when we had two points in seven games. My head is always on the line, and every game either tightens or loosens. This week against Puebla the noose loosened a little, but today it is tightening again, although I feel calm".

This would not be Ferretti's first controversial departure from a Mexican club

While it is not yet a fact that Ricardo Ferretti will leave as head coach of Futbol Club Juárez, it would not be the first time that his departure from a club has been surrounded by controversy.

It should be remembered that his departure from Tigres was not on the best of terms either, after 11 years as the club's head coach.

According to Ferretti, he wanted to stay at the club but there were "negative people" in the institution, as he called them, who influenced his decision to leave the team.
