Now, reports suggest that the Guadalajara team is in conversations to acquire Carlos “Gullit” Peña, who already played for Chivas back in 2016. Peña recently became a free agent after he was let go by Antigua GFC, his former team from Guatemalan league.

How much is “Gullit” Peña worth?

After losing a lot of opportunities both in Liga MX and outside of Mexico, Carlos Peña saw his market value diminished from $4.5 million, back in 2016, to only $226,500, his current value. As a free agent, Chivas wouldn’t have to pay for him, but his salary could be around $500,000 per year.
