Why the historic Pumas UNAM club can be disenrolled from Liga MX?

Pumas UNAM was denounced by former player Jose Antonio Garcia for not paying him for the rehabilitation of a severe injury he suffered in 2013. This injury eventually caused Garcia to have to be in a wheelchair due to his femur problem. Now the former player made public his request for justice and sued the club.

The problem for Pumas UNAM is that the TAS agreed with the player so that Pumas must reimburse the former club player. If Pumas decides not to pay and pay attention to the TAS, it could suffer disenrollment from Liga MX. It would be an exemplary measure for a soccer team in this matter.

Jose Antonio Garcia said that in the next presentation before the TAS that he will take the evidence that shows that Pumas UNAM did not want to take charge of his recovery when he requested it. For not solving a problem on time, now Pumas is at risk of being left out of the MX League.

Pumas UNAM will be obliged to comply with the orders of the TAS and return what it did not give to Garcia at the time. The former Pumsa UNAM player said that it hurts his soul to have to go against the club of his loves but he cannot believe that they abandoned him as they did.
