A one day, Bartomeu resigned. After many many months of confrontation, The FC Barcelona's front office, with Josep María Bartomeu at the top, resigned from their executive positions at the club after a motion of no confidence was been pushed against them. Tomorrow a temporary front office will take over.

The temporary president of FC Barcelona will be Carles Tusquets, the current president of the Economical Review Commission. Tusquets will have to select another seven member from both the Economical Review Commission and the Discipline Commission to form the Temporary Managerial Commission.

This new temporary commission will have, as priority, to arrange elections for the club's members to select a new democratic front office and, of course, a new president. The elections were going to be held, under normal conditions, in February. But they will have to be advanced as the Temporary Managerial Commission can't stay at the headquarters of the club for more than three months.

It's presumed that the elections will be called for mid-January of 2021. But it still have to be taken into account the sanitary context due to the coronavirus pandemic. Together with Bartomeu's resigning, programing the elections at the club looks really taught. This will be even more difficult if some candidates compose the TemporaryManagerial Commission.
