Can Guadalajara’s team fight for the title? Technically, yes because the tournament is made in a certain way in which the top12 teams can get to the Playoffs. But several fans and former stars of the team recognize that the team is not performing as they should if they want to win.

Ramón Ramírez attacked José Juan Macias and Uriel Antuna. He said that the players did not have the identity of Chivas. He then added that they were really far away of the fans touch because they did not give interviews. The contact with Chivas people is really important if you want their support.

Finally, when Ramírez was asked about the chance of the players to go to Europe and he got even angrier. He claimed that they should worried about being champions in Mexico before thinking about Europe. And that is true, Macias is only 21 years old and Antuna is 23, they are rushing if they want to go to Europe now.

Both of them are having an awful season. The team has only 6 wins in 15 matches and with that effectiveness they could not leave to any European club. So they need to get better and stay at Chivas at least for one more year if they want to dream about a transfer in the future.
