Andrea Pirlo is officially on the hot seat. Not because Juve executives are truly trying to replace him yet, but because the fans already consider that he is too unexperienced to led the team, and think that he fails in choosing the starting line up correctly and in developing a game plan.

Today's draw against Hellas Verona is a great example. Juventus wasn't able to show a coordinated football until late in the game, when there were just twenty minutes remaining. In addition, Pirlo chose Federico Bernardeschi as a starter, who is not only hugely criticized by the fans but also played very bad today.

But in the last minutes of the game Juventus not only tied the game but also played a little bid better. It wasn't a tidy game plan, but at least Juventus had the ball defined how the game would be played. That minutes of superiority had a reason: Paulo Dybala played substantially better.

Without Cristiano Ronaldo (and even with him), Juventus needs Dybala's best shape as soon as possible. Since the Argentinian winger got injured in July against Sampdoria -he would then got injured again in Champions League game against Lyon- the Vecchia Signora had player with no coordination. Dybala is the owner and on-field coach of the team, and the final minutes of today's game against Hellas Verona showed that. If Juventus wants to do to improve, and want to prevent Andrea Pirlo of getting sacked, they need Paulo Dybala in his best shape soon.
