Ronald Koeman is not facing his best hours at FC Barcelona, as the results obtained have not been the best ones so far and the club is going through a deep crisis. To help to improve the economic situation, the Dutch manager is expected to give a list of players who could be leaving in the near future.

That would give Koeman the possibility to ask for signings, as Barcelona is under a critical situation and can’t hire new players before previously kicking others. Two of the players that Koeman considers disposables are Junior Firpo and Martin Braithwaite, who have few chances along this season.

In order to hire players as Eric García or Memphis Depay, Barcelona should then let some others out and these two could be departing. Firpo arrived from Real Betis in 2019 for $20 million and after 35 matches played hasn’t shown many interesting conditions, so he could leave.

A similar thing occurs with the Danish attacker Braithwaite, who landed in the club from CD Leganés for $20 million in 2020 and has scored 7 goals in 36 games so far. Both could leave to the Premier League now, as Arsenal is interested in Firpo, while the team looking forward to sign Braithwaite from the English league hasn’t been unveiled.
