The top player that Chivas wants to recover to be champion of Liga MX again

Chivas completed a good campaign, that started bad but ended with a clear improvement during the last weeks. The team coach by Víctor Vucetich end seventh in the regular season of tournament Guard1anes Liga MX but afterwards defeated Necaxa and Club America to arrive to the semifinals of the competition.

In that stage they faced León and couldn’t beat them with a global that ended 1-2. But the results make Vucetich staying and now the head coach is working to conform a good squad to fight for the title during the next season, aside of sport adviser Ricardo Peláez president Amaury Vergara.

Even though it is hard to think such a thing will happen, Chivas will make an effort to re-sign Alan Pulido soon. The Mexican attacker arrived to Sporting Kansas City on January 2020 and signed a deal for three years, but at the Rebaño Sagrado they expect to tempt him to return.

The attacker is 29 years old and knows that the chance for him to return Chivas one day are possible, even though its probable that it won’t be right now. His first season at the MLS was very good and his value increased to $10 million, a bit more than what SKC paid to sign him.
