The reinforcements that Javier Aguirre requested to assume in Rayados Monterrey

Rayados is going to suffer a reorganization probably for the better after a failure in this year's tournament. They ended up on the fifth spot, that’s good because if it was a regular tournament, they would qualify. But then, they lost to Puebla, the last team on the Repechage qualification for the playoffs.

The team has already singed Javier Aguirre as a new coach. He would be the best payed in Liga MX with $2.4 millions per year, so he knows that the team can invest in players for next season. His priority is in the defensive part because the team only managed to keep the score in 0 one time in 17 matches.

He pretends to sign a left-back and a center-back, but Monterrey did not want to communicate the names so far. Those are two hard position to sign, because strikers and offensive midfielders are everywhere, but a main defender of the team should be chosen from the Academy.

In the last match, Rayados played with John Medina, César Montes, Nicolás Sánchez and Jesús Gallardo. If they sign some new defenders is possible for Montes or Sánchez to be removed from the starting team. Also Gallardo, whose performances were way too bad and Aguirre wants to replace him.
