FC Barcelona is going through a very complicated moment in their history. The Catalan side is breathing new airs and many things may chance on the Catalan side during the next months. Ronald Koeman has been designated as the head coach by Josep María Bartomeu, a president that is no longer at his charge.

The relationship of Koeman with its players has been questioned many times. The bad results that Barça suffered during the season have not helped him and his firm hand brought him some problems already. One of those players with which he found trouble in his experience at Barcelona is Antoine Griezmann.

The French was once one of the best players in the world and that was why they decided to invest $120 million for him on July 2019. Atlético de Madrid agreed to sell their greatest star but, since then, he was never the same again. The attacker played 68 games for Barcelona, scoring 20 goals and giving six assists.

Problems have increased during the last matches between Griezmann and Koeman. The coach only gave him nine minutes to play on the game against SD Huesca, adding that he sent him off on the match against SD Eibar and that he played no minutes against Real Valladolid. Three games in which the star completed 75 minutes and exploded asking for more chances.
