The reason for the new fight between Hirving Lozano and Gennaro Gattuso

Lazio defeated Napoli las week in Serie A and the match generated a problem for Hirving Lozano, who had to leave the field injured. After medical exams, doctors proved that the player didn’t have any serious injury, but they recommended to head coach Gennaro Gattuso to let him rest a couple of days.

But just three days after that circumstance, Gattuso forced Lozano to play once again. Napoli was having a bad time against Torino in Diego Armando Maradona Stadium and the Italian coach ordered the Mexican player to jump to the field for Matteo Politano on minute 63, just after the goal of the visitors.

Lozano wasn’t yet ready to play a game, as his physical condition was not yet the best one. Nevertheless, he obeyed the coach and played the end of the game, which his team could equalize to avoid what could have meant one of the worst results of the season.

Napoli is now fifth on the local league, after earning 25 points on 13 matches played. They are nine points away from AC Milan, the unique leader of the competition, and trying to enter to Champions League positions. Lozano played 13 Serie A games so far this season, in which he scored six goals and gave a pair of assists, being one of the greatest’s figures of the team.
