Due to financial problems, arsenal decided to kick out of the club their mascot: the Gunnersaurus.

Faced with the news that Arsenal had fired Gunnersaurus, the fans are making a collection through social networks so that the mascot does not lose his job. So far they had collected more than 2,000 pounds. This is a great action for one of the people most loved by Arsenal fans.

Arsenal has millionaire contracts within its squad and has just confirmed the purchase of Thomas Partney but cannot continue to pay his mascot, the Gunnersaurus. The fans are really angry with this decision and want him back to continue to be a part of Arsenal's games.

Arsenal explained that they finish the contract since there is no public in the stadiums and therefore it no longer has any function. Jerry Quy had been in the Gunnersaurus custome since 1993 but the mascot had been in the stadium for more than 25 years. Everyone is very saddened by this news and hopes that Arsenal will review what they did.

Arsenal fans said they hoped players could get away cheaply but never expected Gunnersaurus to be fired. There is so much affection on the part of the fans that through the campaign to raise money they hope that Jerry Quy can make them laugh again in the Gunnersaurus suit.
