The great change that Vucetich prepares for Chivas after the defeat against Cruz Azul

Víctor Manuel Vucetich is facing a very hard moment at Chivas. The head coach was criticized after the defeat of his team against Cruz Azul, in Week 15 of Apertura Liga MX. But, despite being attacked, fans pointed out that one of the more responsible for the present of the team is José Juan Macías.

The attacker aged 21 had a very bad match on Sunday night and fans asked on social media to move him out of the starting team in next games. Macías was formed at Chivas, had a loan at León and arrived to the first team of his actual club on January 2020. After 57 games played he scored 16 goals and received tremendous critics lately for his bad performances.

With this defeat, Chivas are now at the 8th position, after earning 22 points in 15 matches played. Now, they are looking forward for their last two games, against Pumas (October 31) and Monterrey (November 7). If they finish in the first 12 teams, they will qualify to the Guard1anes 2020.

Vucetich has been in front of Chivas during 11 games, from which the team won five, draw three and lost the other three. Asked in the press conference about what was he going to do with Macías after the critics, he said that it is a case that they will analyze internally and that they will look the best both for the player and the team.
