FC Barcelona will receive Juventus at Nou Camp on Champions League Week 6 of the group stage. Both teams have already qualified to the final round of the international competition, but while Barça has 15 points, Juve has 12. Dynamo Kyiv and Ferencváros both have just one and are already eliminated.

Even though there won’t be too much on risk for both teams, the clash could be historical. The reason is that many reports that this could be the last game between Lionel Messi against Cristiano Ronaldo. As one is 33 years old and the other one 35 there are certain chances for this to be the last game, they play against each other.

The last time the two legends face each other was when CR7 was at Real Madrid, and they played against Barcelona, on May 2018. So far, they play against each other in 27 games with 16 victories for Messi, 10 for Cristiano and 9 ties. Cristiano will have almost impossible to revert this situation.

Messi has marked an era at Barcelona, but he could leave the side of his life after more than 20 years. Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are the clubs that have more chances to sign him. Cristiano is currently at Juventus, where he arrived on July 2018 but with a contract until 2022 it isn’t yet confirmed where he will continue playing during the last years of his career.
