The best saves of August 2021 in the Premier League
The Premier League has released a video of the best saves of August, the first month of the 2021/22 Premier League season.
The 2021/22 Premier League season kicked off on August 13 and has been short of nothing but brilliant goals as well as very outstanding saves from the goalkeepers, many times denying brilliant goals from attackers.
The video released on the league's YouTube channel featured goals from the best goalkeepers in the league including Manchester City's Brazilian goalkeeper Ederson, Manchester United's David de Gea, Chelsea's Édouard Mendy and another Brazilian goalkeeper, Liverpool's Alisson Becker.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool have all kept four clean sheets but Chelsea's is shared between two goalkeepers Édouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga, so Ederson and Alisson are the two goalkeepers with most clean sheets.
