The conflicts within Real Madrid are going on and on. This time Zinedine Zidane is not involved, but the president Florentino Pérez. He and Sergio Ramos are struggling to extend the contract of the defender but both demands different terms and none of them wants to give in.

The World Cup winner wants a two year contract and earn the same salary he is currently earning, while Florentino will only give him a contract for one year and his wages will be 10% reduced. And to make it clear that he creates the rules, the president did something that Ramos will not like at all

Because Florentino Pérez started negotiations to bring in David Alaba as a free agent from Bayern Munich and the talks are advanced. He plays in the same position as the captain and someone with his quality will not be in the bench, so he implicitly is kicking him out of the club.

So Sergio Ramos will probably leave Real Madrid after 15 years, more than 700 matches, lots of important goals and 31 titles. Actually, he is one of the top scoring defenders of the history of this sport. But it is reported that the door of Paris Saint-Germain opened for him, and he might join Neymar, Kylian Mbappé and maybe Lionel Messi too.
