The Real Madrid's plan to sign Kylian Mbappé next summer

It is not a secret that Real Madrid want Kylian Mbappé as its next Galactic signing. But it will not to be easy to convince him to leave PSG, where he seems to be comfortable. And his club is preparing a renewal offer, something that would push him further of a possible transfer.

So, Zinedine Zidane has his hopes in an event that, if it happens, will make Mbappé more willing to sign for Real Madrid. If things do not go according to the plan, so the dream will be extinct or at least postponed for some years. And it has to do with UEFA Champions League.

Because the thought is if Paris Saint-Germain get knocked out by FC Barcelona in the RO16, Mbappé will not want to sign that new contract, and with the current one expiring in 2022, Real Madrid could get him this summer for a not so high amount, that would be around 110 milion euro.

So Real Madrid is on need of help from FC Barcelona and a success for the Ronald Koeman's side would benefit Real Madrid. Everybody has something to fight for, with the Cules going through a crisis, the Blancos trying to get Kylian Mbappé and their European prestige back, and PSG just want to lift the Champions League trophy for the first time after getting too close last season.
