Suarez vs. Griezmann: the statistics that show the tremendous error made by FC Barcelona

FC Barcelona made a terrible decision during the last transfer windows. One of those was signing Antoine Griezmann, the French attacker who arrived to the club for more than $120 and did not live up to expectations. Some time later, the club decided to kick Luis Suárez, in another criticized decision that had no sense.

All in all, Josep María Bartomeu decided to change pieces: Griezmann in, Suárez out. The Uruguayan left to Atlético de Madrid after the club told him he should leave and, since then, he didn't disappoint. Suárez scored three goals and gave one assist after just four games played.

Griezmann season has nothing to do with the one of his ex companion. The French striker played from the start the four games of Barcelona in the season, but he didn't score neither assist. After '264 minutes we can affirm his incidence at matches are zero.

Even though the season has just started, Barcelona are already regretting after letting out Suárez, the third all-time top scorer from the club, to leave Griezmann as the new attacker of the team. A decision that the Barça will be clearly suffering, after Lionel Messi lost one of his greatest companions.
