Since the arrival of Ronald Koeman, Lionel Messi did everything to leave. It was not because of the head coach, but of his intentions of leaving FC Barcelona after almost 20 years. But, president Josep María Bartomeu didn’t let him out and, a couple of months afterwards, things aren’t going that good.

Barcelona couldn’t improve that much their performances since the last season. Koeman tried to boost all type of changes, but things didn’t move enough. After all, the Netherlands trainer is looking forward to making a modification in his line-up that could leave out one of Messi’s oldest friends in the club.

Sergio Busquets has been pointed out and supposed to be the one leaving the starting team. The coach used him during eight matches so far this season but now he is thinking on sending him of the place Miralem Pjanic instead. The Bosnian arrived to the club during the last transfer window in a polemic barter for Arthur plus money.

Pjanic had the chance to play during five matches at the start of the season, entering from the bench in the most of them. Even though he was not supposed to be from the starting team when he was signed, he slowly started to make his place in the team and now Busi, one of Messi’s best friends, may be axed.
