The semi-final series of the Europa League between Manchester United and Roma seems to be defined, since in the first leg the Red Devils prevailed with a categorical 6-2. However, this Thursday at the Olympic Stadium in Rome, the Italian team will try to perform a miracle and turn the series around to qualify for the final of the international tournament.
Roma vs. Manchester United, Europa League: What happened in the first leg?
It was a game of two very different parts. Despite losing three players through injury, Roma came in 1-2 at halftime at Old Trafford, but the second half was back and forth. United, led by Edinson Cavani, who scored two goals, scored five goals to win 6-2 and take a giant step towards the Europa League final.
