Real Madrid fans exploded against the new Cristiano Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane defended him

Real Madrid is not having a wonderful season, they almost end up out of the Champions League after an awful group stage and that would have been a tragedy for the club. Fortunately, they could qualify, but the low level performances worry the fans and they started to complain.

Who is the new Cristiano Ronaldo that they are complaining about? Eden Hazard. He arrived as the replacement for the number 7 of Real Madrid and he was never up to the expectations of the fans, the media or even his teammates. His injures make him a really irregular player on the pitch.

Zinedine Zidane relies on him and Hazard played in the win against Celta de Vigo. Also, when a journalist asked about his level, he said that they need to be patient about it. Eden Hazard did not adapt really well at La Liga, but the main problem is that teams like Real Madrid have no patience.

The wanted him to play like Cristiano Ronaldo and that is a lot of pressure for any player. He needs some more time, according to Zidane. But how much is it going to take? When a player arrives at Real Madrid, everybody believes that he is ready for such a challenge. But apparently Hazard was not.
