Lionel Messi future hasn’t yet been defined. The Argentinian legend has a contract ending on June 2021 and didn’t publicly expressed what his intentions are. The option of leaving appears once again and seems to be more possible now, after the departure of ex-president Josep María Bartomeu.

But the love that Messi has for Barcelona is too big and the player has asked the club some changes in order to stay, as it is reported by Spanish press. Messi asked for a good president, a sport adviser who knows, a good planning on signings, a plan to maintain a same head coach in time and the team to give the best.

If these five things are accomplished, the Argentinian could be staying at Barcelona, as it is said. At the age of 33 there are many options for him at the end of his career. Staying is one, but leaving to Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City or even his former club Newell’s are others.

Messi has played during his entire life at Barcelona, since he was just 13 years old when joined La Masía. But all the years passed and the experiences lived make him think now that a change is possible to affrontate the very last years of his professional career with another jersey.
